La Pommeraye

La Pommeraye is a 19th century country house, which has been carefully refurbished and furnished to retain its 'old French manoir' charm and elegance. The property, known locally as 'Le Chateau', sits in 3 acres of lawned grounds with mature trees. It is situated on the edge of a quiet village 15 minutes from the coast. The perfect rural holiday location for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Accommodation

The accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms: four double bedrooms; one family bedroom, with a double and single bed; and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. One double bedroom offers an en suite shower room and there are two other shower rooms and a family bathroom. The ground floor contains a large kitchen/diner with all modern appliances and oil fired Aga; a lounge with comfortable seating, satellite TV/DVD player; a shower room with toilet; a library/reading room, separate dining room seating up to 10 and large games room, with full sized table tennis table.
Two double bedrooms are on the first floor, one with en suite, as well as the family bathroom. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor with a shower room and toilet.
All rooms are light and airy and those on the ground and first floor benefit from large windows and high ceilings, giving a feeling of space. The house has double glazing, oil fired central heating with wood burner in the lounge and games room. Wi-fi internet access is also offered.
